Cutler is an independent magazine devoted to film, style, culture and life’s other pleasures.

We are interested in people with something to say, things made properly, films worth talking about, clothes worth keeping and the occasional beautiful object that serves absolutely no practical purpose whatsoever.

Cutler began with a simple idea: to make a magazine we would actually want to read. One with personality. One that takes its subjects seriously without taking itself too seriously.

Across original photography, interviews, essays and recommendations, we celebrate actors, filmmakers, artists, designers and interesting people doing things their own way. We like the established and the emerging, the immaculate and the eccentric, the old world and whatever interesting thing is coming next.

After a little time away, Cutler returns in Autumn 2026 with a new issue, a new chapter and the same curiosity that started it.
