SEA - Dreams about the ocean are strong signals from the unconscious mind. A stormy sea or one with dark raging waves suggests strong anxiety in the dreamer. On the other hand a peaceful sea suggests the dreamer is comfortable with themselves and are at peace in their waking life. It traditionally represents our great unconscious, memories, emotions, and the individual soul and collective experiences. Look at all of the details in this dream. Is the water clear or murky? Is it calm or raging? The feeling you get from the dream usually signifies what sort of state your subconscious is in. If you dream of stormy waters, or tidal waves you need to step back and focus on what’s causing this disruption within you. Try to be at peace with yourself for the well being of your mind, don’t spend your time worrying as all you’re doing is suffering twice, instead focus on healing yourself from within

"Dreams are more real than Reality, they are closer to the self."

BED - To dream of a bed could represent an upsetting issue you have chosen to accept, even though it is affecting you on some level. Therefore you make a choice to metaphorically "sleep on it." Dreaming of a bed could also symbolise the bridge between conscious and the unconscious (i.e our daily lives and the great unknown, our spirit and our psychological undercurrent).

The quality and cleanliness of the bed may say something about the way we feel about ourselves, and our relationships inwaking life. Pay attention to the details in your dreams and see if there is a possible connection to your waking life. Your subconscious knows your deepest hopes and fears. So, by paying attention to what your remember in a dream, you will understand who and what you really are when you're awake.

CHASE - Chase dreams are a common dream theme, stemming from feelings of anxiety in your waking life. Flee and flight is an instinctive response to a physical threat in the environment. In such dreams the scenario often involves you being pursued by an attacker, who you believe wants to cause you harm. Consequently you run and hide or you try to outwit your pursuer. Your actions in the dream, parallelhow you would respond to pressure and cope with fears, or various stressful situations in your waking life. Your dream indicates that you have a tendency to run away and avoid the issue. The attacker who is chasing you could also represent an aspect of yourself. Your own emotions of anger, jealousy, fear or love can manifest themselves as a threatening figure. It can also symbolise the rejected characteristics of your self. You may be projecting these feelings onto the unknown attacker. If you are the one doing the chasing, then the dream may highlight your drive and ambition to go after something you want. Or, perhaps the dream suggests that you are falling behind and having to catch up with everyone else. Consider the distance or gap between you and your pusuer. This indictaes the closeness to the issue. If the pursuer is gaining on you, then it suggests that the problem is not going away. It will surround you until you confront it and address it.

“The interpretation of dreams, is the royal road to a knowledge of the unconscious activities of the mind.Sigmund Freud

"People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones."

WINDOWS - To dream about windows and glass can signify that you have a fear of people looking in, a fear of being judged about something . You may have heard the phrase "people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" which means we shouldn't judge others because we all have our secrets that we may feel embarrassed or ashamed of. The glass represents you, it is see through, like people seeing straight through you and you fear they are judging you. To stop having dreams of this nature you must accept yourself, be honest about your worries, your fears and your past and once you do these dreams will stop and your subconscious will be at peace.
